Social Event Pricing
Whether you’re hosting a shower, reunion, birthday, or holiday gathering, A Cord of Three Events offers a warm, flexible setting to make the day feel special and stress-free. Our historic 1888 schoolhouse and covered pavilion provide charm and convenience in one place—perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, family reunions, and more. With easy parking, thoughtful amenities, and personal support, your guests will feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Basic Rental: $850.
Our Basic Package includes exclusive access to the first floor indoor venue and covered outdoor space for up to four hours. You’ll have tables, chairs, a full-size prep kitchen for catering, and plenty of parking. We’ll also provide a welcome packet with helpful checklists, timelines, local lodging, and our list of trusted vendors—including caterers, DJs, and photographers—to help your event run smoothly. This package is $850 and is designed for those who want a beautiful space with built-in ease.
Upgraded Rental: $1,500.
Upgrade your experience with our Premium Package, which includes everything in the Basic Package plus access to décor to enhance your space. You’ll also enjoy a mirror photo booth with digital copies, a Bluetooth sound system for indoor/outdoor use, an audio guestbook, and lawn games for extra fun. The rental period extends to six hours. All of this is available for $1,500, giving you flexibility, ambiance, and memorable touches your guests will love.
